CASA DELL'ATRIO A MOSAICO

Its vast atrium has a beautiful chequered mosaic floor, the undulation of which is due to the weight of the volcanic deposits that have covered it over the centuries. Paintings with architectural motifs, mythological frescoes (Diana bathing, Dirce's torture) and a garden with a large portico and a marble fountain. At the far end, after crossing the triclinium, you reach a terrace that rested on the ramparts and offered a panoramic view of the sea.
