An irritating incident happened during our stay at the hotel...I would advise tourists visiting Pompeii especially women not to stay here.

I was changing clothes in the morning before we checked out, and suddenly the door of the room was opened from the outside???? At first, I thought it was the cleaning staff who swiped their card to come in, but I saw it was hotel guests who opened the door???? Without checking out, normally the room card should not be in the hands of other guests; secondly, if the guest opened our door with the card of another room, or there is a problem with the hotel door, it cannot be fully closed. So when I checked out, I reported it to the reception and felt that there was a safety problem in the hotel. However, the reception just said sorry and refused to admit that there was a problem with their hotel. They only said that we might not have closed the door ourselves and repeatedly mentioned that only hotel staff can open the room. They completely ignored the fact that two strangers suddenly opened our room door. Later, we asked the reception to obtain the corridor surveillance, but they refused to provide it. They only looked at the door opening record on the computer and said that no one opened our door in the meantime. Their attitude was very indifferent.

The most irritating thing is the attitude of their manager. I thought he was here to deal with the problem, but he started to teach us a lesson, saying that we have enjoyed the service of their hotel and should pay more tips instead of being so "unreasonable" because the room door opened by others "this kind of little thing".

The hotel didn't give us an explanation or a sincere apology until we finally left. Their attitudes were very indifferent all the time. The manager has a very arrogant attitude and thinks young women from Asia are stupid and easy to fool. We have experienced racism and sexism here.

Quando arrivo dal Friuli, mi fermo sempre da loro !!! Top in zona....Diletta e Company super....si fanno in 4 per farti sentire a casa ....straconsigliato !!!!!

Nei primi giorni di marzo ho soggiornato
In questo hotel.Ad iniziare dal caffè in camera la mattina che arrivava presto e caldissimo, ho apprezzato molto la gentilezza del personale, soprattutto del ristorante.
Camera spaziosa, silenziosa ben arredata che affaccia del giardino ad agrumeto, bagno grande .
Cibo ottimo sia per la colazione che per la cena durante la quale ho potuto mangiare piatti tradizionali con prodotti di ottima qualità .
Posizione eccezionale a 50 metri dall'entrata degi scavi e vicinissimo al Santuario.
p.s. a pochi metri c'è una pasticceria fantastica!!!!!

Ho solo pranzato nel giardino dell'hotel ma ho potuto apprezzare sia l'eleganza dell'ambiente, un agrumeto con piante bellissime, sia la tranquillità del luogo, nonostante la vicinanza con il sito archeologico più visitato in Italia!

We popped into Hotel Forum's lemon garden restaurant en route to the Pompeii archaeological site. What a lovely little hideaway! A great place to relax and grab an early lunch with a glass of vino. We were the only people there! Service was polite. Food was great and we all felt rather more chilled than we did before we sat down.

Charming, quiet and close to the site that everyone wants to visit. So long as the weather is with you, I would highly recommend.

The big question for us whenever we have pizza (rarely) - do you have chilli oil? Of course they do ... I also have to say that the four cheese pizza is a proper mouthful of cheese. There's no skimping on ingredients here.

Perfect location in front of the archeological site of Pompeii! Offered free parking across the road! Good wealthy breakfast! Nice lemon tree bar terrace! Price is good too!

Bellissimo hotel, pulito ordinato e in una posizione centralissima di Pompei, ci tornerò sicuramente.

Très bel hôtel, belle chambre et excellent petit déjeuner, à deux pas de l'entrée des ruines!

Schönes, modernes Hotel direkt gegenüber der Ausgrabungsstätte. Parkplätze stehen für Hotelgäste kostenfrei auf dem gegenüberliegenden öffentlichen Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Im sehr engen Innenhof kann nur kurz zum Be- und Entladen geparkt werden.

Die Zimmer sind modern, groß und sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich und das Frühstück sehr gut.

Ottima posizione, ad un passo dagli scavi di Pompei, la camera è pulita e confortevole, la colazione è ricca e il personale di servizio è cordiale e professionale. La prossima volta sceglierò comunque questo hotel????

Hôtel proche des ruines et possédant un parking pas très loin. Excellent accueil en français. Chambre standard donnant sur la rue passante. Les chambres plus chères donnent sur un superbe jardin planté de citronniers orangers... Le restaurant se trouve en contrabas et donne sur le jardin. Excellent buffet petit déjeuner très bien fourni.

Camera spaziosa e molto pulita, servizio ottimo, grande gentilezza, colazione abbondante e varia, piatti veramente molto buoni. Inoltre è vicinissimo all'ingresso degli scavi. Consigliatissimo.

Posizione molto comoda proprio vicino ad una delle entrate al parco archeologico di Pompei, cibo ottimo e curato.

Che dire tutto perfetto. Posizione, camere , pulizia e colazione ottima

I booked the Hotel Forum because it is close to the entrance of the Scavi just across the street. Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, great breakfast buffet, reasonable price. What more could one ask for? 4.5 Stars!
