Camping located near the archaeological site offering spacious pitches for tents and mobile homes.

Close to the archaeological site (Porta Marina entrance) and not far from the Circumvesuviana (Pompei Scavi stop), this campsite is located in an old citrus grove. The pitches for tents and mobile homes are spacious, well delimited and partially shaded, with electricity and drinking water. Well equipped bungalows and chalets. Restaurant-pizzeria, small mini-market, swimming pool open in summer and bar with live music in the evening. The structure also offers apartments for rent outside the campsite.

Appena tornato da Pompei. Il personale del campeggio è veramente gentile. Piazzole piccole per camper di grandi dimensioni ma per sostare pochi giorni vanno bene. Bagni datati quello è un peccato. Là posizione è fantastica, si trova davanti agli scavi e dista 300m dalla stazione della Circumvesuviana

Platz liegt zwar zentral, aber wegen Überfüllung sind wir ein kurzes Stück weiter gefahren. Achtung Information für Wohnmobile über 7,00 Meter! Wenn man mit so einem WoMo von der Autobahn kommt und an der Kreuzung steht macht ein kleines Schild auf ZTL Pass aufmerksam. Für WoMo über 7,00 m ist diese Straße Gebührenpflichtig. Das Nummernschild des Fahrzeuges wird per TV aufgenommen und die Polizei gleicht die technischen Daten ab. Fährt man auf einen Campingplatz vor Ort, meldet der Betreiber das Fahrzeug bei der Polizei an. Somit entfällt eine Stafzahlung von € 88,00 die eventuell dann an den Wohnsitz nachgereicht wird. Schildbürgerstreich!
