STRÁŽNICE CASTLE (ZÁMEK)

The original Gothic castle disappeared during its neo-Renaissance reconstruction in the 19th century. Today, the castle has several interesting rooms, above all the impressive library with its 13,000 volumes. The building also houses a museum of regional folklore, in connection with the annual festival held there. Here you will find more than 400 instruments of the region's "popular" music.
