MASARYKOVO NÁMĚSTÍ

Masarykovo square, all sloping, is surrounded by very varied buildings. At the top, the typical communist shopping mall is a bit of an eyesore, but the other buildings on the long sides have very different shapes. On some of them, we can see some remains of frescos (n° 33) or sgraffiti. To the north of the square, we take the Obroková pedestrian street to reach the town hall. This is dominated by a beautiful late Gothic tower (Radniční Věž). You can climb to the top and, from the gallery, contemplate the city.
