St. Catherine's Rotunda is not always open, but the beautiful path leading to it is worth a visit on its own. It is one of the oldest Romanesque structures in Central Europe (11th century) and one of the last remnants of the old castle. Inside, frescoes depict the history of the Přemyslids. Next door, we will visit a baroque castle famous for its oval hall and its 18th-century frescoes depicting the Habsburg dynasty.
