MUNICIPAL MUSEUM OF ALZIRA

Located in the heart of the city, this museum (MUMA) is housed in an old building known as the Casa del Empeño, the city's pawnshop and later the Casa del Carbó, since it was used as a coal depot. On two floors, it offers a tour of the history and culture of the city and the region of La Ribera del Xúquer through different documents: maps, archaeological pieces, short historical presentations, paintings and photographs. It also hosts temporary exhibitions.
