The Establiment has a gold location on the edge of the Albufera canals. This traditional restaurant is divided into several rooms, decorated in a rustic and warm style. To observe birds from your table, you will need to book a table on the veranda in advance. They eat delicious traditional cuisine, which I pebre of eels and a succulent arroz preached, a dish of typical Valencian rice.
