CATTEDRALE MADONNA DEL PONTE

A national monument since 1902, this Renaissance building, built on the powerful arcades of the Roman bridge of Diocletian, has a very austere facade. Another curiosity, separated from the rest of the structure, its Campanile (seventeenth century), holding more dungeon than the tower tower. The interior, with its unique nef and painted vaults, contains the famous statue called Madonna del Ponte.
