Large rustic tables stretch towards the back of the room, giving the place a warm atmosphere. The food is tasty, simple, the dishes are hearty and the service very pleasant. Both restaurant and pizzeria, Il Picchio puts everyone in agreement! A very good address to eat in Pescasseroli, with a quality-price ratio more than correct.

Arriviamo in moto dopo che ci é stato consigliato il ristorante da un amico . Ordiniamo 2 primi e 2 agnelli alla brace e ci viene portato subito un taglierino di affettati per ammazzare l’ attesa . Tutto buono , ma purtroppo i primi hanno lasciato un po’ a desiderare . Pappardelle al cinghiale con carne farinosa e sicuramente del weekend ( siamo andati di martedì ) e poco saporita , idem per la pasta con ricotta e salsiccia sciapa . Agnello buono ma ci hanno portato l insalata che aveva l acqua sul fondo della ciotola e senza aceto olio niente . Conto salatissimo contando che abbiamo preso una bottiglia di vino da 20 euro e abbiamo pagato 120 euro in totale . ECCESSIVO RENDE POCO L’IDEA .
