The restaurant, located on the rue de Santa Giusta, is an enchanting taste laboratory. In a bright room, under the old beams of a palate, flat plates, goût, valsent. The new Gianluca kitchen makes it possible to adapt the traditionally heavy cuisine of the region to more light, more flavours. The result is famous, the wild boar with pecorino and truffles, a marvel. The wine of the house is young and generous with many delights in the mouth. The quality/price ratio allows you to buy one of the small, artisanal jams offered to the fund without guilt.
