Massari is one of the most important gastronomic stops in Norcia. Of course, the house serves many dishes based on truffles. In fact, you should know that the prices double in winter, because it is in this season that they are scarcer and, it is said, of better quality. The mushroom and truffle ravioli are a treat and can be a meal on their own. Delicious... The place is all the more pleasant as the restaurant's site is several centuries old, with its splendid stone arches.
