It is the most famous address of the city, the most touristic too (but which suffered from the earthquake). It is the oldest restaurant in Umbria, open since 1850. The management has preserved a setting conducive to peace and quiet, despite the hustle and bustle of rush hours, especially in summer. It must be said that the restaurant is housed inside a national monument, composed of several rooms. All the themes of traditional regional cuisine are covered in the menu. For dessert, the house can rightly boast of its very good spumone.

Qualità, competenza, cortesia ad un prezzo onesto. parcheggio comodo anche per chi come me ha il camper, all'ex hotel Salicone. Spero possa tornare presto nel centro storico di Norcia dov'è nato.
