Situated just in front of the San Pietro Abbey, about 200 metres from the Basilica of San Francesco, the hotel has 10 comfortable, well-equipped rooms with bathroom, telephone, internet connection, air conditioning, hairdryer.... The hotel has a restaurant, Da Cecco (with three medieval halls), located 50 metres from the hotel. Worth mentioning: the garden where (hearty) breakfasts are served. The reception is friendly in a 15th century building. A multi-storey car park, Giovanni Paolo II, is located 50 metres away if needed.

The hotel is very conviniently located near the bus and taxi station so no need to lug your luggage uphill. ???? There is an ATM next door. It is a little aged but quiet and cozy. The rooms are cleaned daily. They serve breakfast at 7:30 a.m., same fare everyday but the cappucino is good. So is the limoncello spritz! ????

Un hotel in pieno centro ad Assisi, a pochi passi dalla basilica di San Francesco, a conduzione familiare, decisamente molto tranquillo, vista l' affluenza di Pasqua. Ambiente molto confortevole, il personale molto educato e gentile, sempre disponibili. La titolare è una carinissima persona. Ho soggiornato molto bene qui e sicuramente ci tornerò. Lo consiglio a tutti.
