Hotel in the center of the old town of Assisi, next to the Piazza del Comune.
Ideally located in the centre of the old town, next to Piazza del Comune, Santa Chiara Basilica and San Francesco Basilica. Located inside an old house, the hotel, open all year round, has kept the charm of the dining room and especially the fireplace during the various restorations. It was in this medieval building that Santa Agnese, sister of Santa Chiara, would have lived for some years and it was also the seat of an inn where pilgrims who arrived on foot to Assisi rested.

Proprietari e personale super gentili pronti a soddisfare le esigenze del cliente. Camere spaziose, pulite, bagni grandi , colazione varia. Consigliatissimo, posizione strategica ci tornerò appena possibile.

Per l'ennesima volta ero ad Assisi senza aver prenotato e nuovamente ho soggiornato in questo piccolo, tranquillo, centrale e silenzioso hotel. Bene, a differenza di altri alberghi altisonanti, la proprietà ha ristrutturato in maniera funzionale le camere, senza però tradire la storia dell'albergo, mantenendo gli spazi comuni quell'area medievale ed antica, che lo rendono la storia di Assisi, che con il Menestrello, Piazzetta dell'erba e Gli Orti ci fanno sentire a casa. Unica nota è che bisogna prestare più attenzione alle salviette da bagno consegnate dalla lavanderia. A Presto

Nonostante sia solo 2 stelle l'albergo è top, personale gentilissimo e camere pulite. Ho avuto la fortuna di avere la stanza all ultimo piano con balconcino con vista sulla valle. Un incanto, sia di giorno che di notte.
