One of the best tables in Assisi, in a picturesque setting. The house, situated within the ancient walls of the city, concocts simple and refined seasonal dishes. The fagianetti with truffles, for example, are delicious. The house makes it a point of honour to use local products, the meat comes exclusively from Umbrian and Tuscan farms, the olive oil from the Umbrian hills, the fresh pasta is handmade, and not forgetting the careful selection of salami (cold cuts, sausages...) and artisanal cheeses.

Amazing gnocchi, wonderfully seasoned and cooked steak, and the best tiramisu ever! The owner and servers were so friendly and helpful. Check this place out if you go to Assisi!
