Ho cenato in settimana in questa gemma in posizione centrale ad Assisi. Il menù era concordato, cui abbiamo aggiunto dei bao dal gusto fusion. Risotto al tartufo ben cotto, carciofo impanato wow. Carne buona, ma forse ero già troppo pieno per trovarla super. Abbiamo speso circa 60€ a persona con abbondante vino in accompagnamento.

Food was fantastic, the staff was tremendous and was a lovely fusion with very fresh ingredients. The chef and staff were able to improvise based on allergies, and they were very pleasant and creative to do so! Gem, attention to detail, ambiance, without the "ego" in a casual yet wonderfully personal setting. Sushi was great, fresh, and innovative! The carciofi was beyond expectations, tonno e pollo were flavourful, very very well cooked....a must! Should be on the Michelin "recco" radar!

Sicuramente uno dei migliori ristoranti di Assisi, ricercatezza nei gusti, ottima presentazione dei piatti e soprattutto ingredienti veramente eccellenti, aggiungiamo che sono gentilissimi ed attentissimi alla clientela. Faccio un piccolo appunto che non toglie di sicuro nulla alle 5 stelle, data la grande attenzione al mangiare e agli ingredienti tutti, come detto prima, alcuni vini in carta sono forse da ricercare e sostituire con altrettanta cura, ripeto non una critica perché non erano assolutamente cattivi ma, forse troppo buoni i piatti e troppo semplici alcuni vini, nel gusto intendo.

Abbiamo prenotato incuriositi dai menù e dalle recensioni positive. Le nostre aspettative sono state superate di molto. Accoglienza e servizio impeccabile. Abbiamo mangiato talmente bene a pranzo che siamo ritornati la sera stessa per mangiare sushi (forse il più buono della mia vita). Esperienza indimenticabile. Ritorneremo sicuramente.
