Hotel with restaurant perched on the heights of the city of Gubbio.
Perched on the heights of the city, the Bosone is ideally situated to immerse its guests in the heart of the local charm. From the entrance hall, the large red carpet sets the tone. The rooms are all beautifully furnished, with an antique decor. Some even have frescoes on the ceiling. The staff is irreproachable, both in terms of the quality of the welcome, as well as in terms of their efficiency in providing information on places to visit and good deals in Gubbio. The dining room alone would be worth a detour to this establishment.

Ho prenotato il 26 dicembre per la notte del 29 e per un’emergenza famigliare ho richiesto lo spostamento del soggiorno.
La mia richiesta è stata respinta ed hanno trattenuto l’intera commissione, motivando la richiesta con l’alta stagione. Alla mia ulteriore richiesta di potermi trattenere almeno una penale e poter rifissare, la risposta è stata nuovamente no.
Credo che questo tipo di approccio alla ricettività sia totalmente lontano dal cliente e dispiace vederlo in un’epoca in cui la flessibilità è parte integrante delle esperienze di soggiorno.
Visione di brevissimo termine, nessuna propensione ad acquisire/fidelizzare i clienti.
Sconsiglio quindi vivamente la struttura.
