Located opposite Viareggio beach, on the Ligurian coast, the Hotel Plaza e de Russie is a five-star establishment offering an elegant and comfortable stay. Not sure how they are a 5 star hotel. No services - not even tea/coffee in room. Very small rooms unless. Indifferent staff.

Bad hotel,The level of hygiene is low .. I think it should only be a 2 star hotel!!!!

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. We were moved 4 times in less than 24 hours and the front desk not only yelled at us but other guests (they are not trained well). I think our travel agent received some type of bonus commission for putting us there. Don’t be fooled by the 5 star ratings which appear to not be real.
