Located in the most lively street of the city, this family-run restaurant offers excellent seasonal and local cuisine, such as Prato mortadella pici or wild boar with olives. At lunch, the establishment offers a self-service package that offers a great value for money. In the evening, it becomes a traditional restaurant again, and welcomes visitors in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, in accordance with the rules of Slow Food. Massimo and Lamberto work almost exclusively with "km 0" products.

Pour= bonne qualité des ingrédients et serveuse très agréable.
Contre= portions trop petites, plats peu élaborés, prix beaucoup trop élevé par rapport à la taille des plats. Ambiance cafétéria...

Ottimo ristorante nel centro di Volterra con servizio impeccabile e molto professionale. Abbiamo mangiato crostini buonissimi, polipetti e un hamburger di fagioli rossi davvero eccellenti. L'amaro della casa fantastico ha poi chiuso la nostra cena. Titolare molto simpatico che ci ha fatti sentire come se ci fossimo conosciuti da sempre. Bravissimi.

Bellissima esperienza. Il proprietario ci ha fatti accomodare in un sabato sera nonostante la nostra prenotazione fosse un ora e mezza dopo. Il proprietario davvero super gentile e il posto merita davvero! Lavoro in questo settore e ogni cosa mi è piaciuta da impazzire!
L’unica pecca è la cameriera, non sorride mai e molto sgarbata nelle risposte… l’altro cameriere invece super gentile!
