We know of some who would be willing to drive a long way to get the famous ice cream of Castellina! This artisanal ice cream parlour, opened in 1997, makes a cardboard box with its ice creams. You can choose between fresh fruit sorbets, including the one with basil - delicious -, or the one with chocolate - unforgettable! -and - inimitable - milk-based ice creams. Even if the situation is slightly off-centre from the historic centre, you will not be able to miss the red front of this former roadmender's house. A garden awaits you for tasting during the summer evenings.
