Avevo effettuato una prenotazione per tre camere tramite booking, una delle camere per 3 persone e mi dice di aver prenotato per 2, mi sembrava molto strano ma integrerei senza problemi solo che la signora ci ha rovinato le vacanze dandomi del furbo e questo perché mi ha suggerito di cambiare le tre camere quindi anche quelle che non c'entrano oppure cercare un'altra struttura!!!!!
Erano le 20 di sera dopo una giornata stancante e più di due ore a cercare farmacia per mia nipote di un anno e mezzo che sono venuti dall'estero e mia nipote che stava male doveva assistere a una scena orribile!!!
Alla fine un signore si è scusato e ci ha aggiunto un letto e abbiamo pagato senza problemi ma dopo più di tre ore al lobby a discutere con la signora, è di una maleducazione che supera ogni limite, sono molto dispiaciuto che i miei abbiamo visto una faccia dell'italia che io non conosco e non mi rappresenta l'italiano bello.. PECCATO! NATALE ROVINATO
