A meal at Orestino is like travelling back in time: nothing has changed since the 1970s and maybe even since it opened in 1950. Centrally located along the lake, Orestino is one of the oldest restaurants in the area. An old-fashioned setting, a touch of "endimanché", impeccable service and healthy cuisine based on good local products. This place is a gem. Perfect location and the food was amazing. But the highlight was the service - I could see the care that their servers showed the customers.

I got a table as soon as the place opened for the day but it filled up really quickly. So maybe making a reservation (if possible) would be better.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare in coppia presso questo ristorante....primo piatto che definirei "onesto" crespelle bresaola e taleggio.... secondo piatto (carne tenera...morbida...buono) brasato con polenta...dolce ( casalinga....buona) torta di mele accompagnata con crema pasticcera...unica COSA NEGATIVA IL "CONTO" che consiglierei di abbassare leggermente....(72€..totale) CONSIGLIO A CHI VUOL SPENDERE
