Excellent value hotel with lake access, offering rooms with balcony.
This small hotel, with garden, 15 minutes walk from the centre of Menaggio, is lucky enough to have direct access to the lake and above all to have a small private beach, a luxury! The hotel's twelve rooms - seven in the main building and five in the adjoining outbuilding - all have a small balcony with a view of the lake. Simple, cosy and comfortable, they have all the necessary facilities and good services. The lakeside location ensures peace and quiet. Excellent value for money, one of the best.

Très belle endroit et superbe vu sur le lac de Côme..très sympathique et parle français.

We took the room with the garden. It'd really nice. Enjoyed the sound of water in the morning. We were sleeping with the open window.

Ein sehr sauberes Hotel, mit allem was man braucht. Das Zimmer hat einen kleinen Kühlschrank, was in Italien nicht immer üblich ist, aber sehr wichtig für einen Sommerurlaub. Pluspunkt! ???? die Betten sind bequem, die Aussicht vom Balkon super. Sehr freundliche Damen am Empfang. Auch unser Hund war willkommen. Ich kann es sehr weiterempfehlen ????

Das Hotel verfügt über 2 wirklich bemerkenswerte Dinge: den phantastischen Blick auf den See und die unglaublich zugewandten und freundlichen Betreiber. Wir sind die 20 Minuten nach Menaggio geschlendert und sind der Restaurantempfehlung gefolgt. Es war wunderbar. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
