Hotel, very good value for money, with swimming pools and spa on the lake in Stresa.
This lakefront palace has been renovated almost entirely. The 4-star hotel offers elegant rooms and suites with modern comforts, balconies and superb views of the lake, the Borromean Islands and the mountains. A wellness area (spa, hammam, sauna, whirlpool) and a designer pool complete the ensemble. The plus: on the top floor, the rooftop pool and the rooftop café-lounge with breathtaking views from the terrace. Open to all, we come here to enjoy the sunset, with a good cocktail. It was our third time at Hotel La Palma. We have had good experiences in the past but this time we were very disappointed with the service, especially in the Sky Bar. The service staff behaved unfriendly and lazy and didn't make you feel welcome. The service was absolutely not up to the standard of the hotel. What a pity.

Nagyon szép helyen van, szép szobák. A szolgáltatásal van kis baj. A szoba hőmérséklete nem szabályozható. 19 fok volt nem is ment feljebb. Sajnos meg is fáztunk, nem ehhez vagyunk szokva. Másnap szóltunk akkor feltoltak a szoba hőmérsékletét 25-26 fokra lentebb nem tudtam venni csak felfelé 30-ig. Majd megint szóltunk levetették 19-re majd megint szóltunk felvették 25-re. 22-23 fokot sehogy nem.tudtuk elérni 4nap alatt.
Fenti medence nagyon jó lenne ha kicsit melegebb lenne. Kb 30-32 fokos lehetett a víz ami a nyári melegben biztos kellemes most viszont hideg volt.
