Superb church built in Milan following a miracle that would have taken place in 1486.

Not far from the Parco di Basiliche there is a superb church built between 1490 and 1506, following a miracle that is said to have taken place in 1486 in the small chapel that stood on this site. The image of the Virgin painted on the wall would have suddenly lifted her veil and shed tears. The fresco is still visible on the left wall near the entrance and the Milanese are still particularly devoted to it. Superb facade in Carrara marble.
