GRAND PRIX DE FORMULE 1

Since 1922, the Grand Prix Automobile of Monza is certainly the most famous car race in Europe, together with the one in Monaco. The race is held on a 10 km circuit combining road and oval tracks, in the Parco Reale of the municipality of Monza, located north of Milan. Since the launch of this prize, only two races have not been held at Monza: the very first, in 1921, was held in Brescia, east of Milan, and the 1980 race was held on the Imola circuit, in the town of the same name, in Emilia-Romagna.
