Really nice hotel. Good breakfast, nice rooms, good shower, very clean, friendly staff, good location,... 10 meters from a metro stop. I highly recommend this place.

Excelente relación precio calidad! Habitaciones cómodas y con todo lo necesario. La limpieza un 10. El desayuno completo y todo se notaba que era hecho en el dia! La ubicacion muy buena, la linea del metro se encuentra a pocos metros. Superó mis expectativas este hotel ????????????????????????

The room was very beautiful, cool (it was 0°C outside), clean and comfortable. It was also on Buenos Aires boulvard but the main point was the happy and helpful employees. They were very kind and cheerful, that was enought to choose here. The breakfast was very good. Thanks for all.

Foarte zgomotos. Ușile se trântesc zgomotos in permanenta(asa sunt construite,pereții sunt neizolate fonic,toate zgomotele se aud în camera . Același mic dejun timp de 5 zile .

Abbiamo passato due notti in questo hotel, comodo come posizione proprio avanti la fermata della metro, silenziosissimo nonostante sia in una zona molto transitati, ottima colazione, posto auto con garage chiuso poco distante dall' albergo, camere e bagno confortevoli e pulite, personale gentilissimo, esperienza da ripetere

Good hotel on a busy street. Our room was on the street side, but with double glazing and shutters the noise from outside was definitely doable. Room was clean, had good beds and had a decent size, but the shower was probably the smallest we'd ever seen on our travels. Staff were friendly and available 24/7 and the hotel is located right next to a metro station, only a +-30 minute trip from Linate airport and around 10 minutes from the city centre. Not a bad place to spend a weekend at! Oh, and breakfast was good as well.

Hotel molto confortevole e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Colazione varia e abbondante. Posizione ottima per raggiungere anche a piedi il centro, fuori dalla ZTL. Fermata metropolitana nelle immediate vicinanze. Vari posti di ristoro in zona. Utilizzato più volte. Personale cortese e disponibile.

Voor een weekend Milaan is dit een prima hotel. Kamer is netjes schoon, prima badkamer. Bed is wel erg kort, vooral als je iets groter bent. Ontbijt is goed en personeel vriendelijk.

A very nice 3 star.hotel. Rooms had all necessities but nothing luxurious of course. Great location near shopping and restaurants,metro and taxi stand. Very nice breakfast included in price.

If not overpriced, it is a good place. Rooms are big enough, everything well renovated, location is perfect. However At the end I did not understand for what I did pay 300 eur per night.

Helpful staff, comfortable rooms, handy location (right outside metro line). Breakfast selection is very small, however the quality of the food remained good.

Milano centrale’ye ve Duomo’ya eşit ve 20 dk mesafede, trafiğe kapalı-restoran ve kafelerin olduğu hoş bir sokak üzerinde güzel bir otel. Yakınında bir metro var ancak biz kullanmadık. Resepsiyon ve çalışanlar ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Odalar küçük ancak temiz. Giriş tarafının tersi konuma bakan bir odaydı, ses sorunu olmadı. İklimlendirmesi sanırım merkezi olduğu için biraz sıcaktı. Kahvaltısı da yeterliydi.

I had an opportunity to stay here mid July; great location and the most important item is that the air conditioning worked well. Rooms were clean, safe, secure, breakfast was typical of Europe, but what I appreciated was the selection of fruits and foods that appeared to be minimally chemically processed like in USA. The only concern I had was the price-point, slightly elevated for a single person, single room BUT, in a single bed, it wasn't a queen size or double. I suspect this is common for many locations in Italy but that was my initial surprise upon opening up the door. Still, front staff were friendly, approachable and overall, a good, tourist-class hotel. Thank you Hotel Fenice. Ron

L' hôtel Fenice est un hôtel familial situé au centre de Milan, près du métro : Porta Venezia. La chambre est spacieuse et propre ainsi que la salle de bain.Le personnel est aimable et le petit déjeuner très diversifié.

Hôtel bien situé. Chambre propre mais vétuste (rien à voir avec les photos mises en ligne sur le site de l'hôtel). Petit déjeuné correct.
