If you're hitting up Milano, you've gotta stay here. Right next to the Duomo, with killer facilities, but the real MVPs are the staff – they make you feel like family. Seriously, they took our trip from good to unforgettable. Don't just take my word for it, book it and see for yourself!

My review is based off of the treatment I received as I was checking out of the hotel. An employee named Emanuele, an older man with glasses checked me out. It was an early check out this morning around 6:15am, he was asked by another coworker to assist with my check out. He approached the counter looking annoyed and was extremely rude to me throughout the whole check out process.

I gave him my room number which he typed wrong, I corrected him and he started punching the keys on his keyboard like he was annoyed. He asked if I had used the bar service in my room, I said I only ordered room service. He cut me off and repeatedly asked me if I used the bar in my room. He continued to talk to me in a very condescending way throughout this process and cut me off several times as we spoke about the final payment of the room which only consisted of taxes and room service fees.

It wasn’t until he saw my husband in the lobby when he lightened up his tone of voice.

I normally do not write bad reviews as I received exceptional customer service in the hotels I stayed in Zurich, Lucerne and Lake Como. This hotel is in a great location, but the customer service I received from Emanuele is very off putting and I will never return to Rosa Grande.

Il servizio fornito dal vostro hotel è veramente impeccabile. La vostra dedizione a fornire un servizio attento e disponibile 24 ore su 24 è davvero impressionante. Oggi alle 4:30 del mattino avevo bisogno di un'auto per andare a prendere mio zio all'aeroporto, e in soli 5 minuti la mia auto era parcheggiata davanti all'hotel. Quando sono tornato, ho semplicemente consegnato le chiavi alla reception e qualcuno è venuto ad aiutarmi a parcheggiare l'auto nel garage. Ogni dettaglio è stato curato con grande attenzione, facendomi sentire rispettato e apprezzato. È stata davvero un'esperienza straordinaria, non vedo l'ora di tornare nel prossimo futuro.

Grazie ancora per il vostro servizio eccezionale e la vostra attenzione ai dettagli. Siete un vero esempio di ospitalità di prima classe.
