L'unica nota positiva è la relativa vicinanza alla fermata della linea M2 Loreto (300 metri circa);
L'albergo non dispone di ascensore ed i servizi sono pressoché inesistenti.
La camere sono vecchie, con bagni in situazioni al limite della decenza.
Nel 2022 non è ammissibile tutto ciò.
