Modern luxury hotel with exquisite Italian taste. Services are up to standard. The price is related. I recommend +++++

Sono stata sulla terrazza lunedì per un 50*compleanno .
Erano stati avvisati della presenza al party di una vegana ,ma ahimè ,lasciata a digiuno ,si sono dimenticati .mi han detto chef stellato ....????mi viene solo da sorridere .noi vegani non mangiamo ancora nel 2024.
Location esterna molto bella ,l'interno un po' triste.

Aperitivo in terrazza nel complesso una bella esperienza.
Personale gentile e servizio attento.
Dalla terrazza si gode di una bella vista, soprattutto all’ora del tramonto.

Belle terrasse avec piscine (non chauffée). Chambre bien entretenue mais traffic et tram assez bruyants autour de l hotel. Pas de terrasse dans les chambres mais vue sans intérêt.
Personnel au bar et restaurant très attentif.
Le bar au rez de chaussee est plus convivial qu à l étage le soir. Petit déjeuner correct sur terrasse roof top et belle cuisine le soir.
Pas beaucoup d’ambiance le soir et Hôtel implanté dans le quartier chinois de Milan.
Hotel difficile pour les fumeurs avec possibilités limitées pour eux (nécessité de sortir de l hotel quand terrasse fermée).
Attention prélèvement de 400€ supplémentaire au checkin et non une prise de garantie sur carte de crédit. Il faut attendre pour le remboursement.

Ci siamo stati per un Concerto Candlelight sul Rooftop, quindi non posso valutare le camere, ma il Bar con piscina sull'attico, il Bar e il Ristorante sono molto belli ed eleganti.

Das Hotel überzeugte auf ganzer Linie – freundliches Personal, exzellentes Essen, perfekte Lage und eine überaus hilfsbereite Atmosphäre. Besonders beeindruckend war die liebevolle Zimmerdekoration zum Geburtstag. Ein wahres Juwel für unvergessliche Momente. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Ieri sono stata a pranzo. Alla fine quando ho finito bere il vino, mi sono accorta che nel mio bicchieri c’era pezzo di vetro grande.
Direi mi andata bene che non è successo niente di grave. Da parte di personale ho ricevuto solo scusa e basta.

Rooms are great. Modern, clean and sleek design. Decent size. Service from counter and concierge is impeccable hence the 5 star rating for that category. They are always on hand , ready to help with restaurant recommendations, things to see to do, and transport advice is always on point. Location is a bit off core city center, located just next to Chinatown.

Hotel bellissimo tutto perfetto! Peccato per l usciere suggerisce taxi privati per Malpensa a 200 euro con anche una certa aggressività NON È ASSOLUTAMENTE VERO NON FIDATEVI STATE ATTENTI e anche per altre tratte dice prezzi assurdi!!!
