La Basilique Saint-Laurent est un monument emblématique de Milan en raison de son importance historique et artistique au sein de la ville. Cette basilique, dont les origines remontent à l'époque romaine, a été rénovée et agrandie au fil des siècles, témoignant ainsi de différentes périodes de l'histoire. Son architecture remarquable combine des éléments romains, médiévaux et Renaissance, avec une façade imposante et des colonnes impressionnantes qui en font un monument saisissant à découvrir. L'intérieur de la basilique est tout aussi remarquable, orné de fresques, de peintures et de sculptures d'une grande valeur artistique et historique. Les chapelles latérales et les autels richement décorés ajoutent à l'atmosphère majestueuse de cet édifice religieux.

Una delle più antiche chiese di Milano. L'edificio originale risale al 400 ed è stato ricostruito nel XII secolo dopo i danni conseguenti a crolli e incendi. Ci furono più modifiche anche in epoche successive. Molte opere d'arte. L: ingresso alla basilica è gratuito, Con 2€ è possibile visitare il sacello di Sant'Aquilino, molto interessante.

Got here accidentally on Sunday when i went to the science museum. But this church is big with beautiful interiors. Worth dropping here if you go to the science museum.
