RELAIS MONT BLANC HOTEL & SPA

Gorgeous and comfortable hotel with amazing views and a large comfortable lounge with a relaxing fireplace. The staff and superbly trained, and service levels are excellent.
My huge issue was the food though.
1. The bar and restaurant are shockingly overpriced. 20 Euros for a G&T or a glass of wine is not justifiable. The hotel is located in a small village so it's almost like they'd like to take advantage of their guests who are a captive audience.
2. We asked the hotel manager about neighbouring restaurants and were told they have terrible food, just not recommended - again, that exploitative attitude. But hurrah we have google. So we had 3 outstandingly good dinners in the vicinity, 2 of them in places that were a 5-7 min walk from the hotel
2. The breakfast is included but it's not quite up to the mark for the price we paid per night. The hot menu is good, but the buffet selection is a bit sad and has lots of leftovers from the previous day - not a good look for a 5 star hotel

Hotel molto bello, con stanze caratteristiche, buona colazione, spa molto accogliente. Grande disponibilità della direttrice ad accontentare le esigenze dei clienti.

Ho soggiornato un paio di notti in questa struttura che secondo la mia esperienza cinque stelle non le vale ,quattro sarebbero più che sufficienti parliamo prima dei lati che mi sono piaciuti come la stanza arredata con stile classico antico travi a vista e panorama mozzafiato , i ragazzi del servizio educati e gentili . I lati negativi a cominciare dall'accoglienza pessima appena arrivati in struttura non ci hanno offerto neanche un bicchiere d acqua , mai un sorriso mi riferisco alla kapo ‘ bionda messa lì non so’ per quale motivo, poi la camera si bella ma sporca sotto il letto abbiamo trovato una quantità incredibile di polvere c’era anche un guanto di un bambino messo lì chissa da quanto tempo, poi la colazione misera a livello salato e quando ci siedevamo noi era quasi tutto finito per non parlare del latte che aveva uno strano sapore forse tipo di macchinetta di basso livello, anche il cocktail che ho pagato 20 euro era davvero terribile , insomma rapporto qualità prezzo non all altezza .
