Market products in a rather refined, even sophisticated, and rather intimate setting because there are only ten tables, it is better to book in advance by the way. It is one of the few restaurants in the area to offer perfectly cooked fish dishes. The dishes are prepared and presented with great care and served by a high quality staff. Remarkable Piedmontese wine list. From the decor to the plate, everything is perfect, you have here one of the best restaurants in Pinerolo, there are no false notes!

Ristorante elegante ma semplice che lascia a proprio agio chiunque.Pane e grissini molto buoni e piatti ottimi,indimenticabili.Peccato solo per la pasta con cime di rapa e vongole perché le sole 4 vongole già sgusciate non hanno dato alcun gusto al piatto.Era pasta con cime di rapa perché sapeva solo di quello purtroppo.Servizio molto a rilento ma ne vale la pena aspettare.Da ritornare certamente.
