MOTEL IZGREV
This motel, 5 km higher than the Šarena Češma, is recognisable to the large wooden balcony that sets its facade. It is located on a plateau where there is an airstrip for small tourist planes and some hang-glider buffs use to fly to the valley. Perfect for hikers in summer, this motel is also very popular in winter by skiers. The house manages two ski slopes equipped with ski lifts. The large dining room with thick walls, all rock and stone in the region, is often inflows, especially on weekends. The restaurant's kitchen is renowned for its traditional dishes, including the pick of Osogovo (osogovska tava), wild boar stew and its specialities of mushrooms, ceps, chanterelles, etc. The map also displays very often dishes based on sheep's milk provided by the three sheep surrounding the motel: the cheeses and yaourts of the Osogovo are very well known.
