In a very warm atmosphere, fueled by a rustic setting (ceilings with old wooden beams, subdued light, a room partly dug into the rock), you can enjoy a cuisine that is essentially homey, mixing traditions and products from the regions of Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany and Umbria, with pasta dishes, beautiful pieces of braised meat and regional cheeses (a must-try: the formaggio di fossa of San Marino). The hostel also has a few rooms for those who wish to spend a few nights.
