In the heart of La Spezia (in the pedestrian area), I Remi del Prione is an apartment that has been completely renovated and converted into a bed & breakfast. In all, you'll find four rooms, each with its own bathroom, comfortable if a little flashy in color. But it's above all its location in the heart of the town that is its most valuable asset: close to the station, stores, restaurants and bars, yet quiet at night. The owners are extremely friendly and will do their utmost to help you.

mi hanno cancellato la prenotazione senza motivo e senza spiegarmi il perche...attenzione perche rimanete a piedi....personale maleducato.RISPONDO AL PROPRIETARIO CHE HA SCRITTO IERI SERA...E VERO CHE IO HO SBAGLIATO L'ETA MA DA PARTE VOSTRA NESSUNA DISPONIBILITA LA RISPOSTA E STATA "CERCHI ALTROVE CIO CHE CERCA" SE MI FOSSE STATO DETTO IN UN ALTRO MODO NON AVREI SCRITTO IN MODO NEGATIVO ...PRECISO CHE HO PARLATO CON UNA DONNA ANCHE TELEFONICAMENTE MA HO TROVATO UN MURO E RISPOSTE MALEDUCATE

Posizione ottima, vicino al centro e alla stazione! Camera nuova e pulita, proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa! Ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni utili per il soggiorno.

Camere abbastanza grandi e letti comodi. Io e due mie amiche avevamo quella in fondo a dx. Il bagno aveva un lavandino un po' piccolino, ma tutto sommato non ci sono stati grossi problemi.
Unica pecca d'estate è che ci sono persone che fanno casino fino a tardi. La signora abbastanza simpatica e disponibile.

Posto eccellente, proprio in centro, personale squisito, unica pecca il rumore notturno (ovvio è in centro) ma se chiudo le finestre e non sento più rumore, devo accendere l aria condizionata che fa baccano. Per il resto soddisfattissimo

The room was cozy and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect too, within walking distance of all the main attractions. But what really made my stay memorable was the warm and welcoming atmosphere that the owner created. I felt like I was staying with a friend!
Overall, I highly recommend Remi del Prione to anyone visiting the area. You won't find a better host or a more charming place to stay. Thank you so much for everything, it was truly a pleasure!
