In the heart of La Spezia (in the pedestrian area), I Remi del Prione is an apartment that has been completely renovated and converted into a bed & breakfast. In all, you'll find four rooms, each with its own bathroom, comfortable if a little flashy in color. But it's above all its location in the heart of the town that is its most valuable asset: close to the station, stores, restaurants and bars, yet quiet at night. The owners are extremely friendly and will do their utmost to help you.

Roberta ci ha fatti sentire a casa, una bravissima persona che gestisce questo Affittacamere ( credo siano 3), sulla via principale (via del Prione), proprio al centro, piena di negozi, ristoranti e bar.
Roberta x l ‘appunto tiene queste camere in modo impeccabile, pulitissime e ben organizzate. Il bagno grande e ben distribuito, tutti i materiali sono nuovi.
10 minuti circa dalla stazione e altrettanti nella zona portuale.
Sia le camere, nuove, ordinate, pulite. Noi eravamo in quattro e abbiamo avuto la camera blu e la rossa. Ottime entrambe. Bagni privati spaziosi.
Bollitore con possibilità di caffè tè e tisane. Piccolo frigorifero.
Sul tavolino materiale vario con informazioni su treni, battelli, musei, negozi, ristoranti, bar, focaccerie.
La proprietaria ci ha dato consigli e informazioni su come muoverci. Noi abbiamo alloggiato lì come base x visitare le 5 terre, Portovenere, Levanto in quanto molto più conveniente che alloggiare sul posto. E la posizione rispetto treni e battelli ci ha sicuramente agevolato.
Come detto camere pulite. Venivano rifatte e pulite tutti i giorni. Cambio asciugamani ogni due giorni.
Proprietaria gentilissima e alla mano.
Se tornassero in zona lo sceglieremmo nuovamente.
