The chef's cuisine is of the highest quality, with an original touch of refinement, never neglecting fresh local produce. Examples include gambas on foie gras escalope, puff pastry with purple potatoes and Santa Margherita prawns, and chocolate fondue with fruit and cookies.

Filetto di pesce alla griglia con verdure a 26€ così composto: trancetto di branzino surgelato di proporzioni ridotte con assaggio di verdure, praticamente 2 pezzi di carote e 2 foglie di verza , direi vergognoso. Personale operoso ma non competente, ambiente carino oscurato dal livello mediocre.

Sono stata in questo locale la sera di lunedì in albis..siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e professionalità…l antipasto di mare caldo e freddo veramente molto buono,le costolette di agnello molto squisite e morbide,ed infine il risotto ai frutti di mare molto delicato…mancano le foto dei dolci che hanno superato le aspettative..crema di mascarpone con amaretti e caffè ottimo, sfogliatine con crema e fragole ottime..lo consiglio vivamente per chi ama il buon cibo..prezzo giusto per la qualità del cibo

Sehr schönes Restaurant direkt am wundervollen Markt von La Spezia mit vielen Fisch-, Fleisch-, Gemüse-, Käseständen rotierenden Hühnern und Spezereien aus dem unseres Ferienhauses Cinque Terre. Die Karte sehr ausführlich - hauptsächlich mit Fisch und Meeresfrüchten - wie es sich für eine Hafenstadt gehört. Die Bacalaufritelle mit Gemüse waren außergewöhnlich, die gemischte Vorspeise eher normal. Anchovis, Sampi, Lachs auf einer etwas langweiligen Frischkäsecreme. Das Branzinofilet sehr gut auf der Haut gebraten mit Gemüse (u. a. Wirsing) dürfte vom Einkauf her eher preiswert sein, denn Branzino gilt hier nicht als Edelfisch. Vielleicht hätte ich mir hier gerne noch eine andere Sorte zur Auswahl gewünscht. Der Cappon Magro (eine traditionelle ligurische Fastenspeise aus Meeresfrüchten und Gemüsen) gefiel, war aber nicht außergewöhnlich.
Die Crema Mascarpone mit Amaretti und Cafe und die Petit Four zum dahinschmelzen.
Insgesamt eine Reastaurant für den besonderen Anlass mit einem dementsprechenden Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.
