Museum tracing the history of ceramic production in Albisola.

The museum traces the history of ceramic production in Albisola backwards from the twentieth to the fifteenth century. The rooms of the twentieth century exhibit, among others, futuristic pieces by Arturo Martini. Next are pieces of crockery dating back to the nineteenth century used in domestic tasks; there are also older ceramics found on the excavations of an ancient Dominican convent in the area. The collection ends with a beautiful series of pharmaceutical pottery from the fifteenth century and the first pieces of the production of Albisola (1400).
