Réservation d'une suite faite depuis 3 mois annulée 4 jours avant le voyage pour raison de surbooking avec un simple mail envoyé en anglais. Proposition de remplacer la suite vue mer par une chambre (sans vue particulière) donc d'une valeur bien moindre ! Lamentable surtout pour un hôtel qui se dit 4 étoiles.

The hotel has a superb location ( central Sanremo) with a nice beach landscape.
We decided to choose a junior suite which has a nice view and space.
Breakfast was nice with good Italian products.
I can't give more stars to the service since people at the reception desk lack empathy and a smile. So impersonal.
Plus, the girl from the front desk at the massage part was rude. We want to make an appointment and a massage, but the only thing we could ear was "not today, full."
1: Improve your English. It's quite bad;
2: Try always to give options. Would be nice to always get some recommendations or just having "sorry but...".
Besides that great hotel.
