While working at the Villa Negri in Riva del Garda and aged just 28, chef Peter Brunel was awarded a Michelin star. His restaurant, located in a secluded building in the heart of the countryside north of the lake, is a luminous showcase designed in collaboration with architects and decorated with contemporary art.
