CAFFÈ CONTARENA

Entering the "Contarena" (as the locals familiarly call it) is like stepping back in time. Its elegant Art Nouveau structure evokes the Belle Epoque of Udinese, when it was nice to come and sip a coffee in the city center in the shade of the Loggia del Lionello. A recent renovation has preserved its 1920s atmosphere. Very popular for aperitifs, it is also a good place to have lunch. A well-stocked wine cellar, with many labels, and a wide selection of rums and whiskies that will delight wine lovers.
