Center Songhaï as a model farm, providing training in agriculture, animal husbandry and fish farming
Inaugurated in 1985, the Songhai Center looks a bit like a model farm. It is in fact a training facility for agriculture, livestock and fish farming. And here, all waste is reused. For example, the droppings from the chickens, turkeys... are used as bait for the fish. This organization, which was developed by a Dominican father of Nigerian origin, has spread to other cities. This results in good products, such as fruit juices, cold cuts... that you can buy or taste in the restaurants of the center.

Important à noter, les visites sont à 10h et 14h. En dehors de ces heures, il n'est pas possible d'entrer dans le centre ! Nous sommes arrivés à 11h et étions pris par le temps, nous n'avons donc pas pu visiter.
