CPA or Centre de Promotion de l'Artisanat du Bénin, located along the rails opposite the Bourse du Travail

The CPA was in the process of moving as we completed this guide to the summer of 2022. The artisans were gradually taking their place along the tracks in front of the Bourse du Travail, a few dozen meters away towards Camp Ghezo. Trop de harcèlement
Plus de 50 échoppes proposant toutes la même chose : objets en bois, batiks, bijoux... Et aucun touriste! Donc, on s'est fait harceler pour acheter!

You will really! The centre is like a small village with a lively atmosphere. Naturally merchants can be done pressing a little and it is in any case to strongly bargain. I have to go with Beninese friends who have to help me much so that I almost bought all small some things at a good price, even a bongo playing and all the small percussion instruments with for me, although normally prices tendet with being excessive.
If you do not want to waste time everywhere by looking for gifts, the centre is the place to go.
