Excellent welcome; We stayed 8 days in March 2013. Nicole and her team indulge to make your stay very pleasant. Meals and breakfast on the terrace, ocean view (as well as the ventilated room that we had). And if you like to dance, Nicole and Hortense can probably accompany you (they know the good scrublands). To swim, prefer the El Dorado beach, located a few miles; go in zem (moto-taxi), it is nice and inexpensive.
The Tichani residence is very well located for to Ouidah and Ganvié, 2 places not to be missed. Finally, for sporty, do not hesitate to rent a motorbike.

A small family-run establishment, which does not look mine. But the air-conditioned rooms are decent, even if the shower room is a little rustic. Breakfast or aperitif on the terrace is very pleasant. And the welcome by Nicole and her team is really nice. Without forgetting the price, which are very soft for Cotonou, and rent car of the house to visit the coast. An address recommended.

Very pleasant place because outside the city, so quiet. Nicole can only make please to us. Meals taken on the terrace are a privileged moment, especially breakfast. We have managed to swim us in the ocean is 5 minutes. We had rented a straw hut. Very good memory.

I spent several stays with my 13 year old sister. The family is very pleasant, the house is how to say: super! From the rooftop terrace, you can see the ocean. From there, you can do everything on foot: pool Split a few miles, small maquis (local bar or small restaurant) beachfront, etc. Very good food on site. Just a few minutes from the centre of Cotonou, for 10000fcfa the night, is quiet, it is perfect. (the management can pick you up by car)
