Bat cave with three rooms decorated with stalagmites and stalactites, an easy walk to reach.

An easy, pleasant 2-kilometer walk through the forest leads to the bat cave, with its three halls full of stalagmites and stalactites. The passageway into the cave will make you feel like an adventurer. Be sure to bring good, closed-toe shoes. Along the way, you'll also spot a multitude of butterflies. This hike is signposted behind Wisma Bukit Lawang Cottage. An excursion well worth the detour!
