Mattheus is half Swiss, half Indonesian. In 2011, he took the plunge and built his dream restaurant in 4 months using materials from various ships, one of which had been lying on the seabed for 7 years. Tree Top's unique look takes the shape of a boat. This 3-storey establishment is a real attraction in its own right, offering top-quality cuisine. Try theikan kuah asam with rice cooked in bamboo, or the marlin steak.

A bar Restarant on 3 floors facing the sea, the marlin Steak was falling down with a view of the sunset on the bay of Labuanbajo. Better than Top!!
