The kitchen as the decor is a subtle mixture of colonial and modernism traditions. Among other things, the rijsttafel is a rice dish with a dozen small serving dishes, a mosaic of sweet sweet sweets. To try: Sosis Om Yance (des) and Udang Gala Sauce Telor Asin (shrimp sauce sauce salée). Excellent to get started with Indonesian cooking.
