An eco-friendly hotel complex, restaurant and leisure center offering a wide range of activities such as hiking, pétanque, etc
A very appreciable novelty in the arid Savannah region between Korhogo and Ferké, the Eco-farm of Lokoli, nicknamed "the beach of Korhogo", is an ecological hotel complex, restaurant, leisure base on the banks of the powerful and magnificent Bandama river. It takes advantage of the surrounding natural resources to offer a number of activities. You can stay there for a weekend, but you can also come for a day trip. This small regenerating oasis between plantations, river and forest, which is accessed through the savannah, is located on a vast area of nearly 200 hectares sown with karite, cashew trees and nere, and watched over by a century-old baobab tree. On the program: quad or bicycle rides to discover the surroundings, petanque, rifle shooting, relaxing massages with moringa and shea butter, or jet-skiing, canoeing or pinasse on the beautiful Bandama... You will also have the opportunity to discover the Senoufo culture through its dances (initiation possible) or other tourist attractions on request. As its name suggests, this structure is part of an ecological approach to raise awareness of visitors to respect the environment. In addition to the farm animals (guinea fowl, ducks, turkeys, sheep, oxen...), you can also, if you wish, discover the eco-friendly installations of the farm, which produces its own energy thanks to a mini-solar power station and also produces biogas and compost from the dung of its cow herd.
